We specialize in the manufacturing of custom wooden house and wood cabins in Indonesia.We can build off your own plans or you can choose from a selection of our plans. Our goal is to create high quality building that will last for a long time of your life, we builds such environment and guarantee the satisfaction of our clients. To do that, we selectively choosing the best wood that is fully strong to keep away from the termite and we are using machine-based technology to design, manufacture and build customized wood houses. Our woodstock is quite much from teak wood (kayu jati), merbau wood (kayu besi-merbau), ulin wood (kayu ulin), trembesi wood (kayu trembesi) and many more, so you can choose to meet your needs.
Once you have obtained a building plot with the necessary permissions, an Architect is essential for designing a dwelling to your specific requirements, to manufacture we uses these plans to develop drawings, after settling agreement we are ready to build the wood house whether by knock down shipment or in site project.
After all set, the most important first is to prepare concrete base or the foundation. With traditional construction methods all stages of the build process are heavily dependent on each other, e.g. foundations need to be complete before the walls can be started. Foundation preparation for the wood house will require our own team to eliminate potential problems with measurements, and also to provide a seamless service to our clients allowing us to plan more efficiently for the woodframe erection. Alternatively, if your foundations are prepared by another contractor, then once your substructure is in place a representative from our company visits the site to verify the substructure measurements, only then do we proceed with the manufacture of your dwelling.

For the house we strongly advice the teak wood, because teak wood is weatherproof and it will go straight for years and it is a hard wood type and the most important the wood itself is just too hard so the termite will never ruin your days, it is a great investment. Teak wood is remarkably durable, but you can always choose yourself of your own taste of wood, as long as it's hard and save from the termite, because our experience on this, in the real life not all the hard wood strong enough from the termite. The luxury wood house cost high so you must spend the investment on the right hands, or else the house will not even last for one year, it is a serious work to get it right, to choosing the best wood for houses.
